Alive! Icons introduced an elegant solution for animated icons in Windows taskbar and window headers. It provides support for animations in CUR format and has a number of built-in animations. Using Alive! Icons you can customize your desktop replacing the boring default icons with images to your liking.
Features
The program can be minimized in the system tray. Right-clicking on the system tray icon opens a menu that you can use to open the main program window or quit the application. The list on the left can be expanded, though this ability is of little practical value (it's been introduced for future extensions and for educational purposes - you can see how many windows each application really has). Still you can assign animated icons to pop-up windows.
