MenuBox is the reliable and compatible application and document launcher that does not force you to learn new authoring languages and tools. Leverage your web design experience to create sophisticated multimedia content, HTML pages that look and feel like application dialogs, or quickly build powerful text-based menus.
MenuBox can be used in three different modes:
- HTML Window (HTML content in custom browser container, with options for borderless or full screen rendering, kiosk applications, wrap Web 2.0 apps, etc.)
- Text Window (simple text menus combined with graphics, mouseover information, sound, fade-in/fade-out effects, etc.)
- Windowless (e.g. to open a PDF, Word, PowerPoint or other document using AutoRun functionality)
All modes can be used to AutoRun-enable your CDs and DVDs. Conditional logic can be applied to install document viewers, to create multilingual applications and for failsafe fallback. Special features to launch applications and to open documents are available in all operating modes. In HTML mode this is achieved by means of special document object model (DOM) extensions. Flash, Silverlight and other plugins are supported in HTML mode.
