Find & Replace
Search for and replace text in your Contacts, Emails, Appointments, Notes
and Tasks, saving you many hours of work.

| Folder | where the item can be found |
| Type | type of Outlook item - mail, contact, etc. |
| Property | where in the item the text was found. In an email for example it might be in the message Subject and the Body |
| Text | the text of the Item's property. |
Sorting
You can sort the results by clicking the column header. Clicking the
same column heading again reverses the sort order.
Grouping
You can group results by dragging the column heading onto the
area just above the results.
Select a row
Click a row to select it.
Select a block of rows
Click a row to select it. Hold down the shift key, click another row
to select all rows between the first selected row and this one.
Select multiple rows which are not in a block:
Hold down the Ctrl key, click each row
Opening
Once you have selected one or more rows, you can open the items if
you wish. It is not necessary to do so.
Replacing
Enter the phrase you wish to replace with, then select the rows you
want to replace (for example you might want to only replace e.g. occurrences
in the Address fields, but not in the name of Contacts) and click the
Replace button.
