Welcome to the re-launch of the JRTwine Software, LLC web site!  The improved design and layout of the site should make it easier for you to find whatever you are looking for!

JRTwine Software is a company that specializes in custom software development services, and we also develop our own retail software products.

Our available services run the gamut from architecture and design to coding and GUI implementation.  We also provide independent code review and refactoring services for C/C++ and C# code.  In fact, the only thing we do not do is web site design, but you likely know that already!

Recent News

Increased Spam!  The JRTwine domain's primary email accounts now receive upwards of 500 spam emails a day per account!  This has caused us to lower the "spam threshold" on our email systems.  As a result, some legitimate emails may get placed into the spam box.  If you do not receive a timely response from us, please try resending the email in plain text and/or open a trouble ticket on the support web site. 

Support Email Issue!  We were experiencing a problem with the automated email support system between 11/7 and 11/8.  A mail loop had formed between our auto-responder and an application called boxtrapper due to a spam email they received that contained a forged return email address (our support site's address). 
This caused 2+ days of rapid-fire emails between us and the other email server and resulted in more than 3000(!) support tickets that had to be removed.  We may have removed a legitimate support request request by accident, so if you sent one during this time and have not yet heard a response, please send it again.
The problem was traced back to the fact that neither of the automated responses from either side included the original received subject text, so there was no way to detect the mail loop.  We have implemented changes to out automated responses so that this should no longer happen.  We suggest that boxtrapper does the same.

Server Move!  -  Complete!  The JRTwine Software, LLC server systems have been relocated successfully.

Delete FXP Files 2007 is temporarily unavailable for download or purchase until we resolve an issue with our payment processor.  Stay tuned for more information.

New Support Site!  The JRTwine Software, LLC Support web site now has a new system in place.  This new system combines the previously separated forum/knowledgebase and trouble ticket system.  Have a look - http://support.jrtwine.com.

Reduced Pricing!  The previous version of Delete FXP files, now called Delete FXP Files Classic, now has greatly reduced pricing.  Enterprise Edition is now less than 1/3 its previous price!  The prices for other registration levels has been reduced as well.  Have a look now!

Delete FXP Files 2007 has been released!  You can go to its site to review the latest changes and try out the demo.

This new release of the product also adds a few new licensing options allowing users to get the features they need at the price they want.  We also plan to be offering several promotions that will allow both new and existing users to get Delete FXP Files 2007 at great prices!
