If you choose only an unlock code version, you receive your unlock code via email shortly after the order is placed. Enter this code into your trial version and all restrictions will be removed and the program will be fully activated. If you choose to purchase a CD-ROM version, you still receive an unlock code so you may use the program while you are waiting for your CD to arrive.

If you've made a payment but have not received a confirmation e-mail and registration key within a reasonable amount of time (two hours for credit card payments or two weeks for other payments), please notify us via e-mail at sales@fastsum.com or a web form. Please note that a delay could mean that the e-mail address given in your order form is invalid (due to misspelling, etc.). We apologize for any inconvenience caused by these delays.

Purchase Order
Purchase orders are also accepted from qualified corporations and organizations on orders starting from $100 and above. Please submit your purchase order to: our distributor Emetrix in USA; by fax (801-497-9456) or email (sales@emetrix.com).
Purchase Order Guidelines:
- We accept purchase orders from qualified corporations and organizations on orders of $100.00 or more.
- All purchase orders must be submitted on customer Company Letterhead
- The Purchase Order number must appear on the actual purchase order
- The quantity & exact price of each product ordered (in US Dollars) must appear on the P.O.
- Emetrix must be listed as Payee or Vendor.
Also please provide:
- Company Name, shipping, and billing addresses
- Company telephone and fax numbers
- Full name & Email Address of person that will be receiving the product electronically
For customers outside of the US:
- Three credit reference (with contact name and direct telephone number) from US based companies that you have done business with via purchase order within the last 6 months.
