Review by Llailya: If you try to uninstall it, the program will be deleted in program files but programs called MSNImport.exe and msnappm.exe will stay in your windows folder. End these processes by pressing control-alt-delete. Then find them in windows and delete them, hopefully this will sort out the problem! If you don't the activation dialog box will keep on appearing!
