Review by Tomalak Geret'kal: The *ONLY* practical use for this is for paedophiles to pretend they are people they are not. I can't imagine any legitimate use of software of this kind would be valid to PRETEND you are sending live video when in fact you are not.
I'm recommending this link be taken down AS SOON AS POSSIBLE because it is a danger to every community.
