The ScrollerII library has two Controls that provide automatic Scrolling functionality. The FormScroller makes an entire Form Scrollable, whereas the Scrollable Container Makes Part of a Form Scrollable. No need of any code to write.

Fplot is the easy to use but universal function plotter. It plots functions in the form y=f(x) or in the implicit form f(x,y)=0. You may display up to 10 functions simultaneously; zoom and pan them even during redraw. You can change the plot colors.
