CapiFax is an ISDN-based network fax solution for 2 to 30 connections at one time. Each ISDN MSN/DDI (local number) can be configured for one network client so each workstation has a private number. Shamrock also has ISDN PCI cards for 8 (4 S0) or 30 (S2M) channels.

NetMail is a mail system for local networks and mobile access, either with the built-in webmail interface, or using the NetMail client software. Users can read/write e-mails from any LAN workstation. Also optimized for GSM, GPRS, UMTS, TCP/IP connections. Includes heuristic virus detection and rule-based spam filter. (Note: NetMail has its own client software, Outlook etc. cannot be used.)
