Create backups of your palm COMPLETELY (short of the ROM files though)! It will archive the backups according to dd-mm-yy, and allow you to Recover from them! Never panic when you lose your palm data ever again as long as you backup frequent enough, just do a recover, and everything goes back in as though you have never crashed...
