This clipboard actually works and works well. I tried three others and they only worked if the clips were text or single pictures. Whenever I copied from a Word document and the clip contained text and pictures. They pasted back the text but only showed placeholder boxes where the pictures should have been. This clipboard was the only one that pasted back the entire clip. I'd also like to say that, although I got it purely for saving document inserts, I have been very impressed by the myriad of other little things it does as a bonus. For example, every week, I have to copy documentation to a proof reader's folder and send her a list of the file names. Typing out the file names is a real pain. Last time, after doing it, I then copied the files and pasted them in to the PRD folder. To my amazement, there was a new clip which listed all the files I'd copied one per line. Now all I have to do is copy the files then paste that clip into her email. |
