Studio Surveillance is designed for use as a continuous video recording software for time-lapse video recording and CCTV surveillance applications. By saving a series of video files which are sequentially overwritten after a set time period continuous recording is possible. If a security breach occurs within the previous recording period the individual video files can be reviewed and the event found.
Motion detection allows areas to be monitored and any movement recorded in a video file.
Image sequence saving or overwriting is useful for updatingimages on a website
Stop Motion mode can be used to create your own animations and cartoons.

AVI playback at 15 frames per second for time-lapse video review.
Individual files sizes can be specified and also the number of files to be recorded in a sequence (eg 48 files each of 1 hour gives continuous recording with a 48 hour review period).
Bitmap image capture.
Image copy to clipboard.
Image sequence save
Image overwriting
Video compression with system CODEC's for optimum file size.

Possible uses include continuous video surveillance recording for security, time-lapse videography for wildlife study and weather watching, motion detection video recording for area monitoring.

I have tried this on my outdoor survellance camera and it works perfect. It does everything I had been looking for in a PC survallance unit. I was amazed that I was able to get this program to e-mail me when a motion was detected on the camera picture.
