HellChess plays nine different games. Chess, Checkers, Chinese chess, Japanese chess, Othello, Fox&Geese, Cat&Mouse, Ataxx and Connect four. All these games can be played against CPU or against a friend online. It runs on your computer, on a PocketPC or on a gameboy. Within HellChess is a full explanation of all the supported games. You can, for example, setup your own board to study a certain tactic. Overall, HellChess is easy to understand - it doesn't baffle you on first sight. Yet all functionality is there; it is a complete multi- purpose application. Using HellChess unregistered will only allow you to play three different game types (Chess, Othello and Connect four). You can play these without restrictions. If you want to play the other games it doesn't cost much and registration is simple. You won't regret it!
